Gov. Eric Holcomb is “stonewalling” on a public records request for emails exchanged in November between then-Gov. Mike Pence and President-elect Donald Trump about Carrier Corp. jobs, according to a complaint filed Friday in Marion Superior Court. 

The complaint was filed by the Citizens Action Coalition of Indiana. It alleges “violations of the Indiana Access to Public Records Act,” and asks the court to order the governor to release the documents requested Dec. 27.
