Police have confirmed no shots were fired Monday morning despite reports of an active-shooter incident in downtown Puyallup.
The shooting was reported at 9:26 a.m. at Good Samaritan Behavioral Health, 325 E. Pioneer Ave., police said. Puyallup police and the Pierce County sheriff’s deputies responded.
Following an investigation, police say they found no indication that shots had been fired and no injuries were reported.
Police continue to investigate the source of the reports.
