To complement the current installation of drawings, paintings, ceramics and florals, Shubuck and Wifey’s co-founder, Janine Foeller, recruited an all-star pack of chefs and artisans to create an equally “crafted” menu of layered cakes and sourdough tartines (paired with homemade huckleberry jam and freshly made butter). It’s all very surreal-feeling, to eat while walking through a gallery — and among Shubuck’s sculptural floral arrangements. The bubble-gum-colored venue also boasts a beloved seasonal treat: swirls of soft-serve ice cream.
